The Status of Users Data Source is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on the status of your user totals. Relevant items in this Data Source include the Total Active, Total Not Confirmed, Total Suspended, and Total Deleted.

The Status of Users Data Source is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Data Source in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Data Source to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > Data Sources.

This Data Source contains LMS data organized to report on the status information of total user counts in your LMS. “Status” information consists of measures that track the count milestones of users, such as total amounts not confirmed, suspended, deleted, and active. Using fields and measures from the set included in this Data Source, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track the total counts of users in your LMS.

The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Status of Users Count Table View. If you are logged in to Zoola™, these views will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Status of Users Data Source, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).

All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Moodle/Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.

Specifically, the Status of Users Data Source is comprised of the following sets:

  • Status of Users Count: Items in the Status of Users Count set provide totals data for the users in your LMS.
