The Learners Program Progress Summary Data source is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on how users are progressing in your programs. Relevant items in this Data source include the Last Login, Program Progress Percentage, and Program Name and ID.
The Learners Program Progress Summary Data source is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Data source in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Data source to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > Data sources.
This Data source contains LMS data organized to report on the progress status of users in your programs. “Progress Status” information consists of fields and measures that track the extent to which a user has progressed through a program, including the last login date, program identification information, and progress percentages. Using fields and measures from the two sets included in this Data source, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track the progression of your users through your programs.
The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Learners Program Progress Summary Table View. If you are logged in to Zoola™, this view will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Learners Program Progress Summary Data source, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).
All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.
Specifically, the Learners Program Progress Summary Data source is comprised of the following sets:
User: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.
Program Progress: Items in the Program Progress set provide progress percentage, identification, and naming information for programs.
