The Completion Per Manager And Organization Data Source is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on who has or has not completed courses, sorted by manager or by organization. Relevant items in this Data Source include the Organization, Manager, Position, Date Completed, and Date Enrolled.
The Completion Per Manager And Organization Data Source is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Data Source in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Data Source to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > Data Sources.
This Data Source contains LMS data organized to report on the completion information of your courses and users, through managers and organizations. “Completion” information consists of measures that track the milestones of a learner's path to completing a course, such as enrollment dates, start dates, and completion dates—all sortable through manager and organization groupings. Using fields and measures from the set included in this Data Source, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track learner milestones through course completion by manager or organization.
The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Course Completions By Manager Chart View and Course Completions By Organization Chart View, respectively. If you are logged in to Zoola™, these views will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Completion Per Manager And Organization Data Source, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).
All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.
