The Program Progress DomainData Source is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on the progress of learners in courses. Relevant items in this Domain Data Source include the Program Progress, Status, Date Completed, and User and Organization information of learners in courses.
The Program Progress DomainData Source is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Domain Data Source in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Domain Data Source to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > DomainsData Sources.
This Domain Data Source contains LMS data organized to report on the progress information of learners in your courses. “Progress” information consists of fields and measures that track the progress of a learner's path to completing a course, including numerical representations of completion progress, course status, completion dates, and course, organization, and user information. Using Using fields and and measures from the three sets included from the three sets included in this DomainData Source, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track learner progress of course completion.
The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Learners Program Progress Detailed Table View. If you are logged in to Zoola™, this view will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Program Progress DomainData Source, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).
All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.
Specifically, the Program Progress DomainData Source is comprised of the following sets:
Course: Items (fields and measures) in the Courses set provide naming and categorization data for your LMS courses.
User: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.
Program: Items in the Programs set provide program status and progress data, as well as completion dates.
