The Certifications DomainData Source is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on who has or has not completed, renewed, or started certification training. Relevant items in this Domain Data Source include the Completion Status, Certification Category, Renewal Status, Organization, and Due Date.

The Certifications DomainData Source is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Domain Data Source in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Domain Data Source to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > DomainsData Sources.

This Domain Data Source contains LMS data organized to report on the status of certification training for users in your courses. “Certification Training” information consists of measures and fields that track certification milestones for learners, such as renewal dates, due dates, completion statuses, expiration dates, and organizational information. Using Using fields and  and measures from the two sets included  from the two sets included in this DomainData Source, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track the certification milestones and statuses of your learners.

The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Expired Certifications Table View and the Expired Certifications Chart View, respectively. If you are logged in to Zoola™, these views will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Certifications DomainData Source, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).

All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Moodle/Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.

Specifically, the Certifications DomainData Source is comprised of the following sets:

• User: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.

• Certifications: Items in the Certifications set provide certification completion, expiration, categorization, and peripheral date and renewal information.
