The User Login Statistics Domain is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on when users have logged in to courses, as well as the nature of their session. Relevant items in this Domain include the Login Time, Action, and the Month and Year of the Login..

The User Login Statistics Domain is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Domain in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Domain to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Moodle/Totara > Domains.

This Domain contains LMS data organized to report on the login time and type for users in your courses. “Login time and type” information consists of fields and measures that track the most recent logins of users in your courses, recording the specific times and dates, as well as the type of login. Using fields and measures from the two sets included in this Domain, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track login statistics and types for your courses and users.

The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Login Statistics Chart View, Login Statistics Table View, and the Active Users Count Chart View, respectively. If you are logged in to Zoola™, these views will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the User Login Statistics Domain, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).

All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Moodle/Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.

Specifically, the User Login Statistics Domain is comprised of the following sets:

  • Standard Log: Items in the Standard Log set provide login tracking information, such as specific login times and session actions.

  • User: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.
