The Quiz Question Data Source is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on the status, grade, state, and completion data of specific quiz questions, as well as the date and timing of question attempts. Relevant items in this Data Source include the specific Dates, Attempts, Statuses, Grades, and copies of individual User's Question Responses and Question Summaries.
The Quiz Question Data Source is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Data Source in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Data Source to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Moodle/Totara > Data Sources.
This Data Source contains LMS data organized to report on the attempt, timing, and grading information of your quizzes. Quiz information consists of records of the specific statuses, dates, times, and grades of questions. The available User and Course information included in this Data Source can be used to structure these records by information from the learner and course profile information. Using fields and measures from the three sets included in this Data Source, you can easily build out Reports and Views to capture and analyze question data and trends in question attempts throughout your course offerings.
The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Question Chart View, Quiz Question Detailed Ad Hoc Table View, Quiz Question Pass Fail Ad Hoc Table View, Quiz Questions Detailed Table View, and Quiz Questions Summary Data Table View, respectively. If you are logged in to Zoola™, these views will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Quiz Question Data Source, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).
All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Moodle/Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.
Specifically, the Quiz Data Source is comprised of the following sets:
Courses: Items (fields and measures) in the Courses set provide naming and categorization data for your LMS courses.
Users: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.
Question Data: Items in the Quiz Question set provide fine-grain question assesment data, such as the question status, time, date, grade, and attempt record by users,
