The Most Active Users Course Activity Domain is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on user activity at the course level. Relevant items in this Domain include the date of Last Access and Total Dedication time.

The Most Active Users Course Activity Domain is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Domain in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Domain to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > Domains.

This Domain contains LMS data organized to report on the time spent by learners in courses. “Time Spent” information consists of fields and measures that track the access times and total time spent by learners in courses in your LMS. This information is tracked through the Lambda Time Spent Learning plugin set, as well as the Logstore Log. Using fields and measures from the four sets included in this Domain, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track user activity at the course level.

All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Totara table, located in the right-hand column.

Specifically, the Most Active Users Course Activity Domain is comprised of the following sets:

  • Course: Items (fields and measures) in the Courses set provide naming and categorization data for your LMS courses.

  • User: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.

  • Course Level Dedication: Items in the Course Level Dedication set provide "time spent" data at the course level for users, drawn from the Time Spent Learning plugin set. Relevant data includes the date of last access and the total dedication time.

  • Logstore Standard Log: Items in the Logstore Standard Log set provide the target data drawn from the standard log.
