The Course Completion By Program Category Domain is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on who has or has not completed course, organized by programs. Relevant items in this Domain include the Course Completed Date, Program Category, Manager, Organization, and Program.

The Course Completion By Program Category Domain is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Domain in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Domain to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > Domains.

This Domain contains LMS data organized to report on the completion information of users in your courses, sorted by program and program category. “Completion” information consists of measures and fields that track the milestones of a learner's path to completing a course as part of a program, such as course and program completion dates, category information, and manager, organization, and position information. Using fields and measures from the four sets included in this Domain, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track learner milestones through course and program completion.

The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Course Completions by Program Category Table View and the Course Completions by Program Category Chart View, respectively. If you are logged in to Zoola™, these views will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Course Completion By Program Category Domain, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).

All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Moodle/Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.

Specifically, the Course Completion By Program Category Domain is comprised of the following sets:

  • Course: Items (fields and measures) in the Courses set provide naming and categorization data for your LMS courses.

  • User: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.

  • Course Completion By Program and User: Items in the Course Completions by Program and User set provide completion dates for courses and programs.

  • Program: Items in the Program set provide naming and category information for programs in your LMS structure.
