The Detailed Course Completion Domain is a curated selection of LMS data that enables you to create Reports on who has or has not completed courses, and the current status of their course criteria completion. Relevant items in this Domain include the Date Completed, Course Status, and Course Criteria Summary.

The Detailed Course Completion Domain is located in the Public folder in the Zoola™ Repository. To locate the Domain in either the Repository or the Data Chooser (when selecting a Domain to create an Ad Hoc View), navigate to Public > Totara > Domains.

This Domain contains LMS data organized to report on the course and criteria completion status of your courses. “Course and Criteria Completion” information consists of fields and measures that track the milestones of a learner's path to completing a course, in further detail than the Course Completions Domain. In addition to tracking completion dates, this Domain also tracks the status of each learner's completion of specific course criteria. Using fields and measures from the three sets included in this Domain, you can easily build out Reports and Views to track learner milestones through course and criteria completion.

The links along the right-hand side of this article will open the Detailed Course Completion Table View. If you are logged in to Zoola™, this view will open in the Ad Hoc Editor. The left-hand View panel will display the contents of the Detailed Course Completion Domain, organized into sets of items (as both fields and measures).

All included sets are comprised of selections from the tables listed in the Totara table, located at the end of the right-hand column.

Specifically, the Detailed Course Completion Domain is comprised of the following sets:

• Course: Items (fields and measures) in the Courses set provide naming and categorization data for your LMS courses.

• User: Items in the User set provide user identification information, such as user ID's, names, locations, and other LMS profile-related data.

• Course Completion Data: Items in the Course Completion Data set provide completion dates, course statuses, and course criteria summaries.
